Appointments and Payment:
Weekday morning, afternoon, and evening appointments are available. Additionally, there are a limited number of weekend appointments available. Sometimes therapy or educational groups and classes will be held on Saturdays.

Midwest Psychological Consultants and the SITE program participate on some insurance and managed care panels. Additionally, there are some EAP programs in which Midwest Psychological Consultants participates. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. We offer a sliding scale to eligible clients.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the doctor’s fees are paid. All fees are due at the time of your appointment. We will submit insurance claims for you if your doctor is an in-network provider for your insurance. If not, you will be responsible for all doctor’s fees but may be eligible for reimbursement of all or a portion of the fees paid through your insurance provider as outlined for out-of-network providers. EAP clients pay nothing out of pocket according to the agreements of your EAP plan.
